Meet Kee Williams, neurodiversity coach.

Kee's work with teens and young adults began at home, as the parent of a child with autism.

Inspired by her own family.

Kee Williams is a life coach, speaker and neurodiversity advocate. Her work began at home: as the parent of a child with autism, she saw how much it matters when a young person is truly seen and understood.

That journey became FireStarters, the coaching and speaking brand Kee founded in 2020. Through it, she helps neurodivergent teens and young adults build confidence, independence and the essential life skills they need to thrive.

Her approach is warm, compassionate and practical. Kee creates safe, inclusive spaces where young people feel seen, understood, supported and empowered, and she works alongside the parents, educators, schools and community organizations who care about them.

Every young person deserves to feel seen, find their voice, build confidence and thrive.

That belief is the heart of FireStarters, and it shapes every coaching session, workshop and talk Kee gives.
